1. Services
Pearl Tarots provides private tarot reading services for entertainment, personal reflection, and spiritual guidance. Readings are symbolic and interpretive and are not guaranteed predictions of future events.
2. Eligibility
Customers must be at least 18 years old to purchase or participate in a reading.
3. No Professional Advice
Readings do not replace medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions.
4. Bookings and Payment
Booking payment options may vary by region, currency, device, banking network, and payment-provider availability.
International customers may be offered major cards and supported digital wallets.
Russian / CIS customers may, where available, be provided alternative payment instructions involving MIR Payment system via Sberbank, or VTB.
Displaying a payment method does not guarantee that it will be available for every customer or transaction.
A booking is only confirmed once the required payment has been successfully completed and accepted.
5. Cancellations, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund requests must be submitted before the scheduled session.
Refunds may be refused for missed sessions, late cancellations, completed readings, or failure to attend at the confirmed time.
If Pearl Tarots cancels a confirmed session and cannot provide a suitable replacement, the customer may or may not receive a rescheduled session or refund depending on the circumstances of the booking uniquely.
6. Session Conduct
Customers must communicate respectfully and provide accurate booking information. Pearl Tarots may refuse, end, or cancel a session involving abusive, threatening, dishonest, illegal, or inappropriate behavior.
7. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Pearl Tarots does not guarantee any specific prediction, result, relationship outcome, financial outcome, decision, event, or personal change.
8. Technical Responsibility
Customers are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and access to the agreed communication platform. Pearl Tarots is not responsible for technical problems caused by the customer’s device, connection, or third-party services.
9. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, logos, text, graphics, images, designs, and reading materials belong to Pearl Tarots or its licensors. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, resold, or commercially used without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
Pearl Tarots is not liable for decisions, losses, damages, actions, or outcomes arising from reliance on a tarot reading or use of the website, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.
11. Website and Service Changes
Pearl Tarots may update, suspend, modify, or discontinue any part of the website, pricing, availability, or services at any time.

These Terms may be updated periodically. The latest version will always appear on this page with its updated revision date.
13. Disclaimer / Nature of Service
Pearl Tarots provides tarot readings for personal reflection, spiritual guidance, and entertainment purposes. Readings are interpretive in nature and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. Pearl Tarots does not guarantee any specific prediction, result, outcome, or future event.
Customers remain responsible for their own decisions and actions following a reading.
14. Limitation of Liability
Pearl Tarots is not responsible for decisions a customer independently makes based on a reading, subject to applicable consumer law.
15. Intellectual Property
Pearl Tarots branding, website design, written material, images, reading materials, etc. remain Pearl Tarots property unless otherwise stated.
16. Booking & Scheduling
A booking becomes valid once the required payment has been successfully completed and accepted, or any required verification has been satisfied.
The customer is responsible for providing correct contact details and accurate timezone information.
If a customer misses the scheduled reading without prior notice, the session may be forfeited and a refund may not be available.
17. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate information and must not misuse, harass, threaten, impersonate, or fraudulently use the service.
18. Eligibility / Age Requirement
Customers must be 18 years of age or older, or have reached the legal age required in their jurisdiction, to use or purchase services.
19. Payments
Accepted payment methods, currencies, and providers may vary by region and are displayed during checkout.
Payment is considered received once the selected provider confirms successful settlement.
Manual bank transfers may be subject to verification before a booking is confirmed.
20. Refund Policy
Refunds are only processed under exceptional circumstances or if the scheduled service does not proceed.
Nothing in this policy limits any rights customers have under applicable consumer law.
21. Service Availability / Force Majeure
Pearl Tarots is protected if a reading must be delayed because of illness, outages, technical failure, emergencies, or circumstances outside reasonable control.
22. Nature of the Service
Tarot readings are interpretive services. The customer is purchasing the reading itself, not a guaranteed outcome.
23. Communications
By providing contact details, customers permit Pearl Tarots to contact them regarding their booking, payment verification, scheduling, or support.
24. Rescheduling & Cancellations
Rescheduling or cancellation requests must be submitted before the scheduled session.
Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the session and refusal of a refund.
